This evenings style of Conscious Connected Breathwork draws upon the feminine principle of breathwork, deep somatic unwinding and nervous system regulation. A very fluid and intuitive style of breathwork. Breathwork is a self-healing practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to access expanded realms of consciousness while also freeing suppressed emotions and eliminating trapped and stagnant energy from the mind, body, This breathing technique is done while lying down on your back in a comfortable position. Music will play in the background to help motivate, relax, and release anything that’s stuck. This will break you out of your same old cycle and clear out stress, anxiety, anger, depression, and just about any other unwanted emotion. You'll know it’s working the first time you do it because how you’ll feel afterward is undeniable. What you may experience: Deep healing of wounds, grief, and traumas. Access to expanded states of consciousness, including higher guidance and clarity. Transcendence of the mind and emotions; awakening to the truth of who you really are. Bring a water bottle and eye cover (eye pillows are available at the studio or an eye mask is available for purchase) Bringing a journal and pen and a sacred object are optional It's best to not eat a heavy meal right before; something on the lighter side is best Sonya Lyn is the founder of Live on Purpose ™ She is a Breathwork facilitator, Life Coach, Energy Healing Practitioner, and Spiritual Wedding officiant, as well as a Power Yoga teacher. She loves being active outdoors, running ultra-trail marathons, hiking, traveling, writing and practicing yoga and meditation on her front porch. She has raised three children and loves to support teenagers, individuals and couples on their healing and transformation journey to create healthy, soulful lives and relationships. She quickly fell in love with the profound and powerful results that this breathwork experience offers, and shares her passion around the globe. She is very excited to share this class with Crescent Moon Yoga.
