Service Description

Join Sheri in this class designed to introduce newcomers to the basics of yoga in a supportive and accessible environment. These classes will focus on foundational poses, proper alignment, and breathing techniques. They will be slower paced, allowing you to learn and practice at a comfortable speed. Detailed explanations and modifications will be provided to accommodate different levels of flexibility and strength, ensuring that everyone can participate safely. Build your confidence as you establish a solid foundation so that you will be comfortable in your own body, your own practice, and the studio space and feel confident joining us anytime! This class is geared toward brand new beginners, those returning to their practice after a break, and those wanting to return to the basics to enhance their current practice. One class will be an introduction to the Yin yoga practice, and another class will be an introduction to restorative and yoga Nidra. Min. 5 students to hold class Makeup day (only held in the event the teacher needs to cancel a class): 5/1

When signing up for a series please note that you are committing to the series as a whole and individual classes cannot be made up or refunded. We plan our series based with minimums and maximums in mind to provide the best experience for both our clients and our teachers. Our series do often fill and we require 3-days notice before the first class if you need to cancel your spot so that we have a chance to fill it. If you are purchasing a bundle of series, please be mindful of the refund policy listed in the bundle description.
