Service Description
The holiday season can be a feast for the senses, and a time to tune into divinity and connect to the bigger energy. Join us for candlelit celebrations on five Tuesday nights this holiday season, to claim your seat at the table of holiday cheer. Class will begin with meditation, breath work, and intention setting, followed by a combination of slow flow and hatha asana practice, and finished with savasana supported by a live sound bath with crystal singing bowls. Price structure: Pre-register before first class for sliding scale fee of choice based on your ability to contribute 15/class x 5=75 20/class x 5=100 25/class x 2=125 Drop ins available after first class begins for $25/class, first come first serve
