Service Description

Arm balances and inversions are liberating and empowering postures that can teach us a lot about how we approach challenge and fear both on and off the mat, but we seldom get time to work on them during our daily yoga practice. In this 3.5-hour workshop with Jen Jackson you will explore the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of arm balances and inversions, engage in a strength building asana practice, and learn the tips, tricks, and techniques to get your body off the ground and your mind seeing life from a new perspective. We’ll take time to break down the anatomy, physiology, and techniques for these postures and try different variations and transitions. The session will wrap up with a nice cool down sequence and a well-deserved savasana. This workshop is best suited to folks with some yoga asana experience, but all are welcome. Just come with a playful attitude and get ready to fly! The workshop is limited to 6 participants as we'll all be spreading our wings so sign up early!
