Service Description
Take time for this weekend reset and find yourself flowing into that Friday morning meeting with more focus, peace, and patience. Practices will include calming pranayama (breath work), mind-clearing meditations, and a low and slow Hatha sequence focused on deep stretches, deep breaths, and deep thoughts. This class will end in a longer guided progressive relaxation and savasana. Class is ideal for all students.
