Unwind and reset in this deeply nourishing class designed to calm the nervous system and release physical tension. Class will begin with slow, gentle stretches to open the body and encourage mobility, followed by restorative yoga poses supported by props to promote deep relaxation. The class will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation-a restful, body-centered practice that encourages profound rest and inner awareness. Ideal for all levels, including beginners and those recovering from stress or fatigue. No experience needed-just come as you are. The second half of the class will guide you into Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep", a meditative practice that invites you into a state of profound rest and inner awareness. Through guided relaxation and breathwork, you'll experience deep restoration for both body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready for the week ahead. All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary--just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an open heart.
