Service Description

This 6 week series is a complementary combo that moves through a mindful warming Yang flow followed by a cooler Yin practice perfect for summer evenings rest. Sync breath and movement as you gently flow through a series of postures building up warmth in the body, followed with cooler Yin postures, targeting the connective tissues of the body—the joint capsules, ligaments, and fascia—making them stronger and more resilient and restoring the natural range of motion to the joints. Restore balance as you surrender the body and mind. Class will include the use of some essential oils along with a gentle sound bath during each practice . Beginners and all-levels welcome.

Cancellation Policy

When signing up for a series please note that you are committing to the series as a whole and individual classes cannot be made up or refunded. We plan our series based with minimums and maximums in mind to provide the best experience for both our clients and our teachers. Our series do often fill and we require 3-days notice before the first class if you need to cancel your spot so that we have a chance to fill it.
