We’ll begin with grounding Yin postures to hydrate connective tissues and create spaciousness in the hips, shoulders, and spine. Next, we’ll ease into supportive restorative poses that encourage release, softness, and intentional rest. The practice concludes with a guided yoga nidra inspired by the spring season—awakening your inner light, balancing energy, and planting seeds for the months ahead.
