Reiki is a gentle, hands-on method for accessing and activating the healing energy available to all of us. It works in conjunction with all healing modalities.

A Reiki treatment session promotes and supports:
-self-healing
-pain reduction
-improved sleep
-deep relaxation
-emotional balance

Your session will be tailored to your individual needs and requests which may include quiet music, diffused essential oils, and guided imagery.

A one hour session includes a brief introductory conversation, centering, and Reiki treatment.

Balance on your board

This 60 minute session will include paddling to a predetermined anchoring location with approximately 45 minutes of yoga.

Great for anyone from beginner to advanced yogins and paddleboarders.

No prior experience with paddleboarding or yoga is required.

Board, flotation device, and anchor available for rent for an extra fee. You must have a flotation device.

Workshops, Classes, and Retreats

We can tailor a specific wellness or yoga workshop for your business or event either online or in person from one hour to a full day retreat.
