Workshops, Classes, and Retreats
We can tailor a specific wellness or yoga workshop for your business or event either online or in person from one hour to a full day retreat.
Yoga can also be a useful and fun addition to birthday parties (for the young or young at heart), bachelorette parties, wedding festivities, family reunions, and more.
