This series is an invitation to move less and feel more. Through low-to-the-ground, slow, and intentional movement, we create space for the nervous system to soften and the breath to deepen. Postures are held gently and transitioned with care, allowing the body to unwind without effort or strain. Each class is accompanied by a live sound bath—layers of resonant tones from singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that wash over the room, supporting deep relaxation and inward focus. Sound becomes a guide, helping to quiet the mind and dissolve tension held beneath the surface. Perfect for all levels, this practice is especially supportive if you’re feeling depleted, overstimulated, or simply craving stillness. Come as you are, move slowly, rest often, and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply restored.

Cancellation Policy
When signing up for trainings and retreats please note that the content and planning of the class is affected by the class size. Additionally our decision of whether or not to hold a given training or retreat is based on the number of participants. As such, we require 3-days notice if you need to cancel your spot and you will be refunded less credit card fees.
