Service Description
Gentle Flow is great for beginners or more experienced yoga practitioners. Pairing movement with breath, we move through gentle to moderate postures focusing on safe alignment and self-awareness. This class introduces some of the principles of yoga; offers movement, breathing techniques, and ways to quiet the busy mind; and provides the opportunity to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. In each posture you will be taught the alignment needed to protect and strengthen your body as well as options to modify or intensify.
