Service Description

Inner Elements is a 4-part practice designed to reconnect you with the 5 elements. Your body’s natural rhythms — balancing strength and softness, effort and surrender. We will begin with Yin yoga to connect with the Earth element, grounding the body and opening the joints and fascia through deep stillness. Next, we flow into Yang-inspired movement, invoking the Fire element to awaken energy, strength, and breath-led vitality. The practice softens into Thai yoga bodywork, guided by the Water element, offering fluid touch, assisted stretching, and intuitive release. Finally, we close with Yoga Nidra, aligning with the last two elements— Air carries you inward through breath and awareness, while ether holds you in the sacred space of pure being. Yoga Nidra becomes a bridge between the seen and the unseen, the body and the soul—through these two ethereal elements. This is not just a class — it’s a full-body reset for your nervous system, your energy, and your sense of self. We open each of our practices with a warm welcoming rose wash cloth while sipping on a lovely cup of herbal tea. We close our practice with the use of cool lavender eye cloths, and the gentle sounds of crystal bowls. Open to all levels including beginners and no experience needed. Limited spaces available. Bring cozy layers, and an open heart.
