Service Description
Session 3: Fridays 8-9 am, September 11–October 2 Join us at The John Hay Estate at the Fells in Newbury for a practice in mindful movement. This peaceful and slow flowing class emphasizes the connection between movement and breath as well as our connection to nature. People of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to join. Please bring water, a yoga mat, something to put under your mat (such as a beach mat, picnic blanket, or towel for wet grass in garden/cushion in pavilion), and a folded blanket or towel (to sit on/cover up). These 4-week session will be held rain or shine at The Fells in the rose garden, on the terrace, or in the pavilion depending on weather. Minimum of 4 participants to hold the sessions
Cancellation Policy
When signing up for a series please note that you are committing to the series as a whole and individual classes cannot be made up or refunded. We plan our series based with minimums and maximums in mind to provide the best experience for both our clients and our teachers. Our series do often fill and we require 3-days notice before the first class if you need to cancel your spot so that we have a chance to fill it. If you are purchasing a bundle of series, please be mindful of the refund policy listed in the bundle description.
