Led by Lisa MacLean, RN, MEd, this 3‑hour workshop guides you in reconnecting with your own nervous systems and strengthening personal power. Participants can expect: Gentle practices that support regulation of the nervous system Practical tools for recognizing stress patterns and restoring balance Mind–body activities that cultivate calm, presence, and inner steadiness Reflective exercises to deepen self-awareness and emotional clarity Guided rest, grounding techniques, and simple strategies to carry into daily life This retreat offers a compassionate pause — an opportunity to reset your energy, restore your sense of self, and renew the resources needed to carry on with greater ease and resilience. **Minimum of 3 to hold the workshop**

When signing up for trainings and retreats please note that the content and planning of the class is affected by the class size. Additionally our decision of whether or not to hold a given training or retreat is based on the number of participants. As such, we require 3-days notice if you need to cancel your spot and you will be refunded less credit card fees.
