Service Description
Unwind, relax and reset for the week ahead with this deeply restorative class. We'll begin with gentle, supported yoga poses designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation. Using props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks, we'll settle into postures that encourage stillness and ease. The second half of the class will guide you into Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep", a meditative practice that invites you into a state of profound rest and inner awareness. Through guided relaxation and breathwork, you'll experience deep restoration for both body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready for the week ahead. All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary--just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an open heart.
