Join us for 4 cozy weeks of Yin, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and soothing sound--created to melt away tension, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling grounded, rested, and renewed. Give yourself the gift of a little more stillness as we enter the holiday season. 4 weeks: Nov. 12 & 19th, Dec 3rd & 10th Series cost: $75 Minimum of 4 to hold the class.
