Join Tami for an evening practice that will leave you feeling Relaxed and Peaceful! This 90 minute practice is a trio of Yin, Yang, and Yoga Nidra. Sync breath and movement as you gently flow through a series of postures building up warmth in the body, followed with cooler Yin postures, targeting the connective tissues of the body—the joint capsules, ligaments, and fascia—making them stronger and more resilient and restoring the natural range of motion to the joints. Perfect for releasing stress from your day. Surrender the body and mind as we enter into Yoga Nidra—yogic sleep—a deep guided practice of meditation, relaxation, and awakening your peaceful spirit. We begin each practice with a lovely herbal tea service and end our practice with the use of some essential oils, cool lavender eye cloths, and the gentle sounds of crystal bowls. When signing up for a series please note that you are committing to the series as a whole and individual classes cannot be made up or refunded. We plan our series based with minimums and maximums in mind to provide the best experience for both our clients and our teachers. Our series do often fill and we require 3-days notice before the first class if you need to cancel your spot so that we have a chance to fill it. If you are purchasing a bundle of series, please be mindful of the refund policy listed in the bundle description.
