Service Description

Settle into midweek softness with a 3-week Yin Yoga series on Wednesdays, 6–7pm. 🌙 In this slow, heart-focused practice, we’ll explore long-held, floor-based poses to gently open the body, soothe the nervous system, and weave in Threads of Light—simple breath to help you feel connected, supported, and whole. Each week will invite you to honor how you really feel, release built-up tension, and ease anxiety through stillness, reflection, and compassionate presence. All levels are welcome; come as you are and let yourself be held. 🌿✨
